Senior Brand Manager

Davids Health Sciences is a rapidly growing premium oral care company and the recognized leader in nano-hydroxyapatite (nHa) formulations - the science-backed fluoride alternative. Since launching in 2015, we've built a premium distribution network including Whole Foods, Albertsons, Anthropologie, Goop, Free People, and thousands of natural grocers and zero-waste boutiques. We are entering a new phase of growth and are building a modern marketing organization that blends best-in-class CPG brand building with digital-first performance and agility. The Role We are looking for a highly capable Senior Brand Manager who thrives at the intersection of business performance, omni-channel marketing communications (including shopper marketing), and innovation. This is not a traditional brand manager role. You will act as a central driver of marketing effectiveness, helping translate business goals and market insights into clear marketing and innovation plans, strong briefs, and coordinated execution across channels with our internal teams and external partners. You will also work closely with the CMO, creative leadership, channel owners, and cross-functional partners to ensure our marketing and innovation is: Consumer Insight-driven Strategic and omni-channel minded Well executed to win (i.e not just launch) Driving measurable business results This customer-obsessed leader thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has a bias for growth and action. We're looking for an extraordinary marketing leader who can hit the ground running and bring strategic thinking, positivity, and analytical rigor to the pursuit of our mission and drive. Core Responsibilities 1. Marketing Operations & Project Leadership Own and drive end-to-end execution of key marketing initiatives and campaigns Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows Ensure cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external partners Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery 2. Consumer Insight & Brief Development Analyze market trends, cross-channel performance data, and consumer behavior to identify actionable insights Translate insights into clear, compelling communication briefs Partner with CMO and head of brand to develop big ideas, campaign platforms, and always-on marketing 3. Omni-Channel Campaign Development Support development and execution of campaigns across: DTC / paid digital performance / Lifecycle marketing Amazon Organic social, affiliate, and UGC content Primary owner of all shopper/retail marketing Ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging across all touchpoints Collaborate closely with creative, performance, and agency partners Lead and support new product innovation and launch initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams (product development/founder, operations, sales, marketing, finance) Ensure projects move forward efficiently, hit key project milestones and deadlines, and align with brand and business goals 5. Brand Stewardship & Claims Development Support head of brand in stewardship of brand positioning Support development of product claims and communication in partnership with regulatory and cross-functional teams Ensure marketing is both compelling for consumers and compliant with regulations What Success Looks Like Marketing initiatives are well-organized, on time, high quality, and on-budget Campaigns are rooted in clear insights and strong briefs Cross-functional teams are aligned and working efficiently Marketing and shopper marketing initiatives are building brand health and driving velocity while hitting growth and profit targets Innovation projects progress smoothly from concept to launch with improved preparedness to win You’re adding positive, enjoyable, collaborative energy to the team and culture Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 7+ years in brand management or marketing roles, including shopper marketing, e-commerce, performance platform experience Experience in CPG, personal care, or oral care strongly preferred Background in a large, structured organization (e.g., CPG) with exposure to the following, but looking to free up from big company bureaucracy and lack of agility: Brand strategy and planning Communications and claims development Experience working in or with agile, entrepreneurial environments is a plus, but must be a true desire Capabilities Exceptional project management and organizational skills Exceptional communication skills Strong ability to translate data into insights and action Adept at working both strategically and tactically Experience developing creative briefs and marketing plans Understanding of both: Classic brand building principles Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Ways of Working Highly proactive and accountable Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting as needed (e.g. between communications and innovation) Strong collaborator who can work across creative, performance, and cross-functional teams Clear communicator who brings structure and clarity to ambiguity Motivated to grow into a broader brand, marketing, and innovation leader Why This Role Matters This role is critical to helping Davids evolve from a collection of marketing activities into a high-performing, insight-driven marketing engine.
