Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

LightCorp is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function while providing the financial insight and analysis that drive business decisions. This role combines financial leadership with hands-on involvement in budgeting, forecasting, manufacturing cost accounting, profitability analysis, and operational decision support.

What You'll Do

Lead month-end close and financial reporting
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability
Partner with Operations and Sales to improve business performance
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and accounting processes
Identify financial risks, opportunities, and trends
Present meaningful financial insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience preferred
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel skills
Experience working with ERP/accounting systems
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
