Recent college graduates are welcome to apply! Position Junior Accountant Status Full Time Location In Office (Stafford, VA) Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting Management or Financial Management. Experience 2-3 years of experience in accounting or internship with accounting firms. Exposure to government accounting and experience working with government clients is preferred. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen with eligibility for a security clearance. Position Description Perform monthly reconciliations of expenses. Manage credit card expenses. Assist with management and tracking of contract’s funding. Manage company travel forms and expenses. Manage salary surveys and general pricing efforts for contract bids. Assist proposal efforts with any other accounting requirements. Manage payroll in Quickbooks. Manage time cards and track correct charge codes. Track PTO and employee time-off codes.
