Location: Samaritan Medical Center Department: 01.8751 SMC ORGANIZATIONAL DEV Pay Range: $27.19 - $43.50 Care for our community, and your career. Associate Degree in a field related to Human Resources required, Bachelor Degree Preferred. Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time appropriately Effectively facilitating HR related training topics to groups of various sizes Ability to plan and implement training according to policy and procedure Strong attention to detail, problem resolution, critical thinking, and ability to make changes with little notice Must be able to work with other members of the staff and provide educational planning to departments upon their request Must be familiar with learning management systems and reporting Samaritan is an Affimative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
