American Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business to Business Sales Representative for a local company. They are a local solar electric company that is looking to expand their customer base throughout Eastern Idaho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective territory management and relationship building. This role requires a strong background in sales, account management, and lead generation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will get a company car, tablet and phone to use.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a designated sales territory to maximize revenue through direct sales efforts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset!
• 18+ years of age
• Sales experience is a plus
• Good with technology and programs (We will teach, but you must be able to pick it up quickly and able to change if needed)
• Good driving record because we have to add you to insurance

Pay information:


For the three months- You are paid an hourly wage of $20/hour plus you are able to make commission. This is to ensure that you are making money through training. After training, you will be set on a commission-based pay setting that can make you into 6 figures quickly.

Once you have reached 8 weeks, you also get paid health insurance! They are part of a union!
