Safety/HR Director

·         Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing Safety & HR departments

·         Degree related to HR or Safety preferred

·         Travel required

·         Experience must include:

o   A minimum of 5 years supervising staff

o   Leading OSHA visits and follow up responses

o “Train the trainer” for monthly safety meetings

o   DOT management

o   Environmental oversight

o   Accident investigation

o   Management of escalated claims

o   Leading employee complaint investigations

o   Written responses to employment law challenges

o   RIF and layoff management

o   Benefit management

o   AAP experience

o   Handbook revisions and Policy changes

o   All types of insurance renewals (property, fleet, bus. interruption)

o   Drug screening programs management (pre-employment, post-accident & fit for duty)

Pluses:

·         HR & Safety management in Mexico

·         Previous collaboration with Executive and legal teams on acquisition projects

·         Experience with Non-Compete agreements with employees & contractors

·         Ability to complete customer surveys relating to PSC policy and regulatory compliance
