In this role, you will:

• Deliver individualized speech therapy services to elementary students in a school-based setting.
• Support an itinerant schedule by traveling between two local elementary sites.
• Conduct student assessments, develop and manage IEPs, and provide direct therapy interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
• Participate in administrative tasks and attend essential team meetings, with compensated time.
• Engage with a supportive network of educators dedicated to student progress and well-being.

We’re searching for candidates with:

• An active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Commitment to completing compliance requirements such as fingerprinting and background checks prior to your start date.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual collaboration and Zoom interviews.
• A passion for fostering positive change in young students’ lives.
