About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the organization. This includes managing the finance and accounting departments, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The CFO will also play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as in the management of investments and risk. Applicants for the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior financial management role, preferably within a non-profit or similar environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree and/or CPA designation being a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and a strategic mindset to support the organization's mission and goals. Experience in financial management software and a deep understanding of financial regulations and best practices are also essential.
