Skin Gym is a female-founded beauty brand inspired by both ancient and modern beauty techniques, offering innovative beauty tools and wellness products designed to fit seamlessly into active lifestyles. Available at major retailers including Target, Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, CVS, Walmart, and Amazon, Skin Gym has been featured in Vogue, Allure, Harper's Bazaar, and other leading publications. We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all platforms. You MUST have proven experience growing a brand on social on Instagram and Tik Tok and fostering a community. Role Overview The Social Media Manager will be responsible for growing brand awareness, engagement, community, and creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This is a hands‑on role that requires both strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media, understands beauty consumers, stays ahead of trends, and can turn ideas into content that drives engagement and sales. Responsibitlies Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars Own the day‑to‑day management of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms Plan content around product launches, retailer partnerships, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Write captions, develop content concepts, and oversee publishing schedules Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and platform opportunities Content Creation Create, film, edit, and publish engaging short‑form video content Coordinate content shoots and work closely with designers, creators, and photographers Brief creative teams on content needs and campaign assets Source and manage UGC content for organic and paid usage Community and Brand Building Oversee community management and engagement strategies Build relationships with customers, creators, and brand advocates Monitor conversations and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand visibility Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Work closely with influencer and affiliate coordinator to support campaigns Identify creators for gifting, paid partnerships, and TikTok Shop opportunities Track creator performance and content deliverables Support retailer launches and key brand moments through creator activations Analytics and Reporting Track and report on KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, and content performance Present weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights Analyze competitor activity and industry trends Continuously optimize content based on performance data Qualifications 3+ years of experience growing and managing social media for a beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brand Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms Experience creating and editing short‑form video content Excellent copywriting and communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and social media trends Consistent execution of content calendar Social media growth and engagement Creator content generation and partnerships Community engagement and response times Performance of social‑led campaigns and launches Preferred Qualifications Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Canva, CapCut, and social analytics tools Experience working with influencers and content creators If you are passionate about beauty, social media, content creation, and building brands online, we'd love to hear from you.
