Social Media Manager

I'm partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that's looking for a strategic, performance-driven Paid Social leader to own high-impact campaigns for an exciting portfolio of national brands. If you thrive on scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and turning data into measurable business growth, I'd love to connect. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end paid social strategy across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Drive measurable growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and ecommerce performance. Develop testing strategies for creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages to continuously improve results. Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting ads backed by performance insights. Present strategic recommendations and performance insights directly to clients and executive stakeholders. Identify opportunities to scale budgets, expand channels, and grow client accounts. Mentor and collaborate with a talented team of performance marketers. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of hands‑on paid social and performance marketing experience. Proven success managing high‑budget campaigns with strong ROI. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Strong understanding of lead generation, direct response, and/or ecommerce growth strategies. Experience analyzing campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools, and platform analytics. Agency experience preferred.
