Are you a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant looking for flexibility and the chance to truly make a difference?
At Home Nursing With Heart in Omaha, NE, we’re seeking a dedicated COTA to join our home health team. Enjoy the freedom of a flexible schedule while delivering patient-centered care that helps individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life—all in the comfort of their homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled, patient-centered occupational therapy services in home settings
- Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans under an OT’s supervision
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to improve daily function
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care teams for coordinated care
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the team
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Nebraska
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-first approach
- Ability to work independently with the support of a team
