$19.00 - $27.00/hr* Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and ensuring our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You’ll also wrap, label, and store merchandise so members have the freshest items available to take home. When a member needs help with bakery orders or other tasks, you will juggle several responsibilities in a short amount of time. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. Key Responsibilities Ensure high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑e ate food. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Prepare food in accordance with item specifications, plan production, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment. Leverage digital tools for production decisions and quality control. Stock and rotate merchandise, manage quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, and guide peers. Serve as a proactive advocate for the department, modeling high‑quality service and products, and acting as a talent ambassador. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
