Brand Brand: Spencer's Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Establishing and maintaining Guest Services Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff Controlling expenses and shrinkage Managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures Qualifications The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. Prior retail and or management experience is required. Minimum age 18 Prior retail and/or management experience Physical Demands The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
