Requirements: High school diploma or GED (bonus for tech training) 5 years of heavy equipment operation Knows hydraulics, diesel, and electronic systems Reads electrical and Hydraulic schematics like a pro Handy with power tools and computers Job Duties: Maintenance Expertise : Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment using detailed checklists to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Problem Diagnosis: Identify and troubleshoot issues in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components efficiently and effectively. Technical Proficiency : Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and service manuals, and utilize diagnostic software to manage repairs. Organization and Reporting: Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in the company's maintenance system. Interpersonal Skills: Work collaboratively with diverse team members and contribute to a positive, safety-first work environment. Adaptability and Learning:Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new systems, tools, and procedures, with an ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
