Registered Nurse for ACT Team

Job Location Statesville, NC Position Type Full‑time Education and Experience Required Registered Nurse License (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Nurse Practitioner Minimum of one (1) year experience working with adults with serious mental illness and a working knowledge of psychiatric medications Licensure / Certification Requirements RN or Nurse Practitioner Basic Requirements Ability to perform tasks on the computer including Microsoft 365, Excel and Word Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks Provide proof of your education Role and Responsibilities Provide service coordination (case management) for an assigned group of clients, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team Provide individual supportive therapy and symptom management, ensuring immediate changes in treatment plans as clients need and advocating on behalf of client rights and preferences Organize and manage the system of getting medication to clients and integrating medication administration tightly into each client’s individual treatment plan In collaboration with the team psychiatrist, coordinate, schedule and administer medical assessments of client physical health; make appropriate referrals to community physicians for further assessment and treatment, and coordinate psychiatric treatment with medical treatment Benefits Company laptop provided for most positions 401(k) & Roth retirement plans with company matching 11 paid holidays Direct deposit Paid Time Off accrual begins upon hire, 100 hours in the first year Major medical, dental and vision insurance plus 16 hours paid sick time after 60 days Company‑paid life insurance policy Short‑term and long‑term insurance available Employee Assistance Program for free financial, emotional and legal help Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
