Ongoing training with Spitzer University, Opportunities for advancement - we love to promote from within the organization! 401K with a 5% employer match, Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Generous paid time off - 80 hours after 1 year of service, Paid uniforms, Employee assistance program, Voluntary benefits include: life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, hospital indemnity, company-paid life insurance with medical coverage and HSA with employer contribution.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Detail vehicles exterior and interior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes, Shuttles customers to and from destination requested when their vehicle is in for service, Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, Places vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested, Keeps new and used inventory lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards, Maintains facility, empty's trash cans, tidying service bays, cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary, Fuels new and used vehicle deliveries as directed by General Manager or Service Manager, Other related duties as assigned.Position Requirements - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check and pre-employment drug screening, Valid driver's license with a good driving record, High School Diploma or equivalent, Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skill, Self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals, Reliable transportation and attendance, Must be authorized to work in the United States, AAP/EEO STATEMENT/ADA STATEMENT: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Shift - DaysThis position is currently accepting applications.
