Compensation $80-$150K depending on depth of insurance and investor reporting experience. Please do not apply if you are in the Health sector. This role is best suited for Property & Casualty insurance, Specialty lines or Life. Our best candidates come from PROPERTY & CASUALTY Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-period results Analyze financial performance, profitability trends, and key operating metrics Develop recommendations to improve financial performance and business outcomes Forecasting & Strategic Analysis Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic financial evaluations Assist with capital allocation and growth initiatives Deliver ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership and department heads Investor Reporting & Public Company Exposure Support investor reporting initiatives and executive presentations Assist with quarterly and annual public company reporting requirements Gain exposure to SEC reporting processes, including 10-Q and 10-K filings Support earnings preparation and related financial analyses Partner with leadership on key financial messaging and performance reporting Insurance Finance & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Claims, Underwriting, and Operations teams Analyze business drivers impacting profitability and financial performance Support GAAP and Statutory (STAT) reporting processes Assist with regulatory reporting and audit requests Participate in process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Reporting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced Excel capabilities including modeling, forecasting, and data analysis Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strongly Preferred Property & Casualty insurance industry experience Experience with financial statement analysis and reporting Exposure to GAAP financial reporting Understanding of insurance company financial metrics and performance indicators Highly Attractive Backgrounds We welcome candidates from: Property & Casualty Insurance Life & Health Insurance Specialty Insurance Public Accounting (Big 4 or Regional Firms) Public Company FP&A Corporate Finance & Financial Reporting Statutory (STAT) reporting exposure SEC reporting experience (10-Q, 10-K) Investor relations or investor reporting exposure Experience working with publicly traded companies Power BI, Tableau, or advanced reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr HR Exchange
