Position OverviewThe Production Associate is responsible for assembling outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines.
