About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to take on a senior financial leadership role and act as a key business partner to the CEO and board. This hands-on position is pivotal in a fast-moving, capital-intensive environment, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, project-level modeling, and capital allocation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for board and investor reporting, oversight of accounting and controls, and providing support for debt and equity raises. Applicants for the VP of Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 10-12 years' progressive finance experience, with a background in PE-backed companies. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with capital-intensive business models and project finance concepts, and who possesses strong modeling skills and executive presence. The VP of Finance will be expected to own FP&A, accounting, capital structure, and investor reporting, and to be adept at working in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
