HR Coordinator

Job Description TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., is looking for an HR Coordinator in Anderson, SC. The HR Coordinator provides operational, data, and coordination support that enables the HR Business Partner team to deliver effective, consistent, and proactive HR partnership to the business. This role supports the execution of employee lifecycle processes, workforce data management, HR reporting, talent-cycle coordination, compliance documentation, and employee experience initiatives. This position serves as a key connector between HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Recruiting, Org Effectiveness, Payroll, Workday/HRIS support, leaders, and employees to ensure HR processes are executed accurately, timely, and consistently. The role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, follow-through, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting a People First employee experience. Primary Responsibilities HRBP Enablement and Business Support Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to HR Business Partners, helping ensure follow-through on HR actions, talent processes, employee documentation, and business priorities. Track HRBP-related action items, deadlines, documentation needs, and process milestones to support timely execution and visibility. Prepare materials, reports, trackers, communications, and meeting resources that support HRBP discussions with leaders. Work with Org Effectiveness to help organize HRBP operating rhythms, including talent reviews, performance cycle activities, engagement action planning, employee listening follow-up, and workforce planning support. Serve as a coordination point between HRBPs, leaders, employees, and HR specialty groups to help route questions, requests, and process needs to the appropriate owner. Employee Lifecycle and HR Process Execution Coordinate and support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, status changes, organizational updates, and terminations. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience and compliance with established procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, performance documentation, organizational data, and HR-related files in accordance with company policies and retention requirements. Assist with preparing and distributing HR-related documents, correspondence, forms, and business communications. Support routine employee inquiries by helping direct employees and leaders to the appropriate HR resource, process, or system. Workforce Data, Reporting, and HR Systems Maintain HRIS data integrity in Workday, UKG Dimensions, and other HR systems by ensuring employee, organizational, and reporting data is accurate and current. Assist with recurring reporting related to headcount, turnover, open positions, employee movement, attendance, engagement, compliance, and other HR metrics. Support continuous improvement efforts by helping simplify, standardize, and document HR processes, tools, templates, and SOPs. Talent, Performance, Engagement, and Culture Support Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, service awards, culture activities, and company events. Assist HRBPs with preparing materials and follow-up items related to talent planning, succession planning, employee development, retention actions, and leader support. Coordinate logistics, tracking, communications, and documentation for HR-led programs that support culture, employee experience, and leadership effectiveness. Model and reinforce TTI Consumer’s cultural values, including People First, Total Ownership, Candid Communication, Innovation Leaders, and One Team Mentality. Compliance, Confidentiality, and Employee Relations Support Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and maintenance of employment records to ensure adherence to federal, state, local, and company requirements. Support HRBPs with employee relations documentation, meeting preparation, case tracking, and follow-up while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and discretion. Help ensure documentation is complete, timely, and organized for performance, corrective action, investigations, leaves, accommodations, job changes, and other HR matters. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion. Technical Skills/Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and compliance requirements preferred. Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data is beneficial but not required.
