Property Controller

Kforce's client, a dynamic and progressive Real Estate firm in New York, NY is seeking a talented Property Controller. This company offers outstanding comp and benefits, a hard-working and fun culture, and a hybrid work option. Duties include:
- Accounting for property portfolio including A/P review and approval, cash management, bank account reconciliations, wire transfers, and collaboration with property/asset management regarding property operations
- Preparing monthly reporting packages for internal and external use (investor, lender compliance, asset management, and development reports)
- Managing the cash flow projection process to meet cash needs
- Preparing annual budgets and collaborating with the real estate team to ensure accurate information Assisting in the annual audit process
- Managing lease administration and monthly billing process
- 5+ years of relevant Real Estate property accounting experience; Residential property experience preferred
- Solid computer skills - YARDI is preferred; Similar real estate accounting software will be considered
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
