Inland Marine Claims Adjuster

JCW Group has partnered with a specialty insurance carrier to hire a Senior Inland Marine Claims Adjuster for a 4–6 month, fully remote contract assignment. The role will handle complex commercial Inland Marine claims, with a particular focus on Motor Truck Cargo, as well as Builder's Risk and Contractor's Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjudicate complex Inland Marine claims
• Analyze coverage, policies, and endorsements
• Establish reserves and negotiate settlements
• Manage litigated claims and coordinate with outside experts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Inland Marine claims experience
• Strong Motor Truck Cargo experience preferred
• Experience with Builder's Risk and/or Contractor's Equipment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• NY General xhyhwjd Adjuster license or applicable TX, FL, or CA license preferred
• Ability to work a 40-hour week on Central Time
