Ardmore Animal Hospital Job Opportunity

Ardmore Animal Hospital is a full service animal hospital specializing in dogs and cats. AAH has been in operation for over 30 years and has been rated the Best In Animal Hospitals on the Main Line 20 years in a row! We are looking for mature professionals to work in a fast-pace, Main Line veterinary hospital. The individual applying for this FULL-TIME position should have excellent customer service skills, outstanding communication skills, be organized and detail oriented. We are looking for team players who are problem solvers, and multi-taskers. The ideal candidate would be compassionate, a quick learner and self-motivated. We are a busy hospital with a high volume of clients, therefore we require a person who has the ability to remain calm, confident and focused in stressful situations and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner.

The candidate is required to have basic computer skills. Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience is a must with prior veterinary experience definitely preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out of the hospital, handling client invoices, handling payments, answering multiple phone lines, client education, relaying communications between doctors and clients, scheduling appointments for exams and various procedures. We are looking for candidates with the ability to work evenings and weekends and relief for other receptionists on an as needed basis. Regular weekly scheduled hours will range between 36-40 hours.

Compensation is dependent upon experience. Medical, dental and vision benefits are available.
