Job Summary:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Weekend Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Description:

Short Staffed Inc. is seeking a dependable Composite Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate advanced composite materials while ensuring products meet quality and customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform hand layup, trimming, vacuum bagging, molding, and finishing of composite materials
Prepare materials and complete basic repairs
Follow work instructions and production specifications
Inspect in-process and finished products using measurement tools
Maintain accurate work orders, inspection records, and time tracking
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

Manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
Good communication skills
Basic math and computer skills preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
