Customer Relations Specialist

Customer Relations Specialist Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced customer operations team supporting the collectibles industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer issues, investigating claims, and working cross-functionally to deliver a positive customer experience. Essential Functions Respond to and resolve customer questions and concerns. Investigate customer issues and determine appropriate solutions. De-escalate challenging customer situations professionally. Partner with Operations and internal departments to resolve customer needs. Process customer account adjustments. Maintain accurate order and customer information. Escalate unresolved issues to leadership when appropriate. Provide accurate and timely communication to customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 2+ years of customer service or customer relations experience. Experience with customer resolutions, claims, shipping, or order issues preferred. Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Google Workspace experience. Salesforce experience preferred. Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
