Operations Coordinator (Bilingual)

Premier Electrical Staffing is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Coordinator to support our Florida branch. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being a key part of a fast-paced team. You will support recruiters and sales managers by handling candidate intake, onboarding, compliance, and daily administrative operations. What You’ll Do · Answer and manage incoming calls (primarily candidates looking for work) · Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish · Screen candidates (availability, skills, location, prior employment) · Maintain and update candidate availability lists for recruiters · Send job applications and collect required documents (IDs, onboarding forms) · Ensure onboarding paperwork is accurate, complete, and on time · Handle rehire paperwork and onboarding compliance · Review and fix onboarding audit errors from corporate reports · Open and close job postings on Indeed and ZipRecruiter · Assist employees with paystubs and W-2 access · Follow up with employees to increase participation in safety programs (MOD1) · Support recruiters and sales team with daily administrative tasks What We’re Looking For · Fluent in English and Spanish (required) · Strong communication and people skills · Highly organized and detail-oriented · Comfortable handling high call volume · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bonus (not required): · Administrative, recruiting, or staffing experience · Construction or skilled trades exposure What We Offer · Paid training and career development · Competitive pay · Team-oriented environment with strong support · Growth opportunities within operations or recruiting Why Premier?
