Zonal Claims Executive

It’s an opportunity to grow your skills and experience as a valued member of the team. Responsibilities Manages the zonal team of claims client account management staff. Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to zone management. Enhance claims relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards. Participate in Zone Executive Committee and represent the "voice of claims" in Zone strategy discussions and directives. Manages zonal team of Claims Account Managers and Client Service Managers. Qualifications A strong understanding of commercial claims, insurance litigation and an ability to address complex technical problems. A proven track record of technical claims skills. Strong, rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Juris Doctor is a plus. Compensation & Benefits For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $125,000-$166,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
