Bilingual Marketing & PR Intern (Chinese/English)

We are currently seeking an organized, responsible, and self-motivated Mandarin-English bilingual Public Relations & Marketing intern to join our team, possibly to lead to a full-time position. Responsibilities Execute various projects, primarily in the performing arts and visual arts field Write PR news releases Translate documents from Chinese to English and English to Chinese Collect news clippings and create media coverage reports Conduct community outreach activities Assist with press conferences and other online or in-person events Create social media posts, including writing WeChat articles, creating Red Note (Xiaohongshu) posts, and maintaining different social media channels Write marketing messages and assist in creating flyers, posters and other marketing materials Assist other team members as needed Qualifications Completed or working towards bachelor's degree required. Completed college course work in public relations, marketing, communications, arts management or similar subjects preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications Must have experience with Xiumi or similar tools for WeChat content layout Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with team members Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience in video editing, Adobe Photoshop or other common design and layout applications is a plus To Apply Please send a cover letter, resume, and writing samples (Chinese and English) via email to: View email address on click.appcast.io.
