Charge Registered Nurse

As a Charge Nurse, you will lead the hemodialysis team, supervise direct patient care staff, and promote positive relationships with patients, families, guests, physicians, and coworkers using tactful and appropriate communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the hemodialysis team leader, providing day-to-day direction and supervision to direct patient care staff. Promote positive public relations with patients, families, guests, physicians, and coworkers. Use tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions. Job Requirements Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure. Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines). Meets state/licensing requirements. Hemodialysis experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
