Job Description
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are looking for compassionate and customer-focused professionals to join our team. In this role, you'll help patients access important prescription medications and support programs while providing a high-quality, personalized experience. Whether you're a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone with experience in customer service, healthcare, case management, or call centers, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibiliti es:
- Assist patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies through phone and online interactions.
- Guide patients through program enrollment and eligibility requirements.
- Answer questions related to prescription assistance programs and medication access.
- Provide empathetic support and help resolve issues efficiently.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain patient records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Support administrative tasks as need
