Qualifications:

• Valid and active California ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) credential is required

• Previous experience working with PreK students in a special education setting
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with parents, staff, and allied professionals
• Passion for individualized instruction and adaptive learning techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to PreK students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and support staff for cohesive instruction
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and modifications
• Track student progress, adjusting plans to support social, emotional, and academic growth
• Engage in active communication with families to foster student achievement
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all required documentation
