Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) with a strong background in orthopedic joint replacement, specifically hip and knee arthroplasty. The RNFA will provide advanced intraoperative surgical assistance and perioperative patient care. Key Responsibilities Preoperative Review patient records and imaging Ensure readiness of equipment and implants Assist with positioning and sterile prep Intraoperative Assist in Total Knee and Hip Arthroplasty Provide retraction, suction, and exposure Perform tissue handling, hemostasis, and closure Support robotic‑assisted systems Postoperative Apply dressings and assist with recovery Monitor and document patient status Qualifications Active RN license Completion of RNFA program CNOR preferred; CRNFA preferred 2–3 years orthopedic OR experience BLS and ACLS required Skills Knowledge of joint anatomy and procedures Experience with implant systems Strong teamwork and surgical skills Why Join Us Leading orthopedic practice Collaborative team environment Advanced joint replacement procedures Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
