Behavior Therapist (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time
Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour
Work Location: In person

Position Summary

BloomBridge ABA Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and energetic Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.

You will implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your consistency, creativity, and compassion will help children develop meaningful skills and reach important milestones in home- and center-based settings.

Available Schedule

• Weekdays
• 2:30 PM–8:00 PM
• Shift assignments are based on client needs, experience, and employee availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy according to each client’s individualized treatment plan
• Implement behavior intervention plans accurately and consistently
• Collect and document session data and client progress using our electronic medical record system
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment
• Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team members
• Participate in required training, supervision sessions, and team meetings
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience working with children preferred
• Experience supporting children or individuals with autism preferred
• ABA experience is preferred but not required for BT candidates
• Current RBT certification required for applicants seeking an RBT position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Reliable, professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Must successfully complete all required background checks, fingerprinting
