Guardian Outreach Ministries (Guardian Community & Guardian Golf) is seeking an Outreach / Regional Director to lead and grow our mission in your region. This role allows you to turn your experience in leadership, business development, and community engagement into meaningful service—creating tangible impact for those who have served our nation, while building a strong income and long-term career rooted in purpose.

 

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a regional outreach team
• Build partnerships with golf courses and community organizations
• Host and oversee outreach events and fundraisers
• Set goals, track performance, and drive results
• Develop team training and ensure consistent, high-quality execution
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy and growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in leadership, B2B, sales, or management (ministry/evangelism experience welcomed)
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Comfortable with data, goals, and accountability
• Experience with CRM tools
• Heart for service, faith-driven work, and community impact
• Bonus: love of golf and understanding its power for connection
