Benefits Annual Bonus Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join our thriving sales organization. This role is integral in shaping our company's culture, aligning it with business strategies and managing our most valuable asset – our people. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company business goals. Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing expert advice on all HR matters. Oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance. Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Build a positive working environment and lead initiatives to promote high employee engagement. Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure objectives are met. Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning. Identify legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting HR functions, ensuring policies and reporting are in compliance. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the sales industry. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and HR best practices. Proficient with HRIS and talent management systems. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale and create a welcoming workplace. Experience in strategic planning and implementation. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desirable.
