Business Analyst ConsultantPride Health is hiring a Business Analyst Consultant to support our client's healthcare facility.Job Details: Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Remote Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 61 weeks Pay Range: $60.00 to $63.00/hour* *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements and analyze existing business processes.Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend effective solutions.Analyze, transform, map, and validate large datasets for migration into PeopleSoft ERP.Support O2C process migrations, including billing, revenue management, cash application, and accounts receivable.Develop test plans, perform functional testing and UAT, and resolve system and data issues.Lead activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on process changes and project deliverables.Document current-state and future-state processes, develop training materials, and support change management.Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvementRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP systems, or process improvement.Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.Knowledge of billing, revenue management, cash application, accounts receivable, or O2C processes.Experience with functional testing, UAT, and implementation support.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale ERP migrations and financial process transformation.Healthcare or financial operations experience.Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.Experience with Smartsheet.For workers in the United States, PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment Opportunity PrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
