Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Hartland, MI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Report any changes in client condition or concerns promptly to supervisory staff.

Requirements

Previous caregiving or relevant experience is a plus.
Ability to pass background checks and.
Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Hartland, MI.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
