Key Account Executive A world where tech and people work together to make corporate travel simpler, faster and easier. Corporate Traveler, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), strives to dominate the SME market by delivering a faster, simpler, end‑to‑end travel experience. The brand provides a blend of local, personal service with advanced technology, and benefits from FCTG’s extensive global network which spans Australia, Canada, USA, UK, South Africa and New Zealand. We’re looking for a proven hunter & closer to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for key prospects. Deal sizes range from $750k to $5M with an average cycle of six months. You’ll work with C‑suite decision makers to recommend technology and customer service solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify and win new business within the key ideal customer profile. Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Build and nurture relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts. Deliver results against set objectives and key performance indicators. Implement and utilize the full tech stack. Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and employ solution selling. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment. Experience & Qualifications 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including recent corporate travel sales roles. Consistently achieved ≥85% of annual quota for the past two years. Experience in B2B sales within the last six months. Proven track record of meeting goals while managing high expectations. Strong business partnership skills and polished professional demeanor. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive level audiences. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Adaptability in fast‑growing and changing environments. Experience with Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce strongly desired. Ability to conduct product demonstrations. Continuous improvement mindset and supportive leadership. Skill in managing 30‑50 top accounts through multi‑threading with SDR teams. Maintain a pipeline of up to 300 key prospects. Work Perks & Benefits Fun‑oriented workplace culture. Compensation Base salary of $100,000 with an earnings guarantee equivalent to $120,000 annualized for the first six months.
