Crossroads Counseling & Training Services seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with highly complex behaviors in Alaska. Positions feature 12 and 16 hour shifts, with a focus on empowering service recipients to live independently in the community. The DSP will follow service plans, maintain records, and collaborate with a team to provide safe, supportive care.
