Now hiring Assistant Service Manager Location: Sewickley, PA Pay Rate: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, but related work experience is welcome. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Experience in customer service, project coordination, service operations, inside sales, or a similar role. Clear communication skills by phone, email, and in person. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to solve problems and handle challenges calmly. Experience with purchasing, inventory, or vendor management is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs. Able to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, equipment distribution, or similar industries is helpful.

Job duties: Help customers with service and maintenance requests. Schedule installation and service calls. Keep projects moving from start to finish. Order materials and equipment and work with vendors. Use computer programs to track schedules, purchases, and projects. Assign work and support daily operations. Hire, train, and help team members succeed. Solve customer and scheduling issues quickly. Track project costs and help improve profits. Support process improvements and team efficiency.
