Product Engineer

Owning the product area from day one, the remote Product Engineer will engage in end-to-end ownership of FHIR-based clinical decision support products, collaborating with users and stakeholders to design, build, and measure impactful features using AI tools. Key responsibilities: Take product direction from the product manager, engaging with users to define and ship features independently Make UX and design decisions, partnering with design on larger initiatives while ensuring measurable outcomes for shipped features Develop full-stack solutions using C# / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the development process Required qualifications: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end feature ownership Strong full-stack engineering skills in C# / ASP.NET Core or a comparable modern object-oriented language Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and async messaging Proficiency in SQL Server or equivalent relational databases and Cosmos DB or equivalent document/NoSQL stores Familiarity with cloud-native development on Azure or comparable platforms
