The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Design and maintain warehouse automation machine like conveyors, packing machine, automated storage and retrieval system and roboticsMonitor system performance and implement improvementsTroubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panelsEnsure smooth integration of automation equipment with existing systemCoordinate with vendors on control logic updates, software enhancements, and system upgradesDevelop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for automated equipmentAnalyze breakdowns and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actionsEnsure spare parts availability and technical documentation are updatedLead or support automation projects from concept to go-liveReview technical drawings, and project schedulesEnsure all automation systems comply with safety standardsProvide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activitiesWill oversee materials handling equipment such as Reach trucks, Counterbalance, and Powered pallet truckRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC licenseAt least 3 to 5 years’ experience in related automation engineering projects, equipment maintenance, conveyors, and material handling equipmentKnowledge of PLCs, HMI, VFD, robotics, programming, and motor controlFamiliarity with conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS and roboticProficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematicsSkilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysisKnowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and asset managementExcellent problem solving, communication and project management skillsStrong Analytical skills proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
