Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Seabrook, NH

Pay Range: $20-$21

Shift 1st or 2nd

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications
• Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Follow safety practices with proper training and protective equipment provided

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to pass standardized cognitive company test(s)
• Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
