Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on delivering exceptional service and continued growth. I entered the agency path right after college and have built a team centered around strong values, development, and a commitment to excellence.

I’m a proud Beaumont native and graduate of Lamar University. I’m happily married with two children and enjoy gardening, health and wellness, and staying active in my faith. We are deeply involved in the community, supporting local organizations, and youth sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittnee Barnes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
