In this role, you will be focused on site development projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. The position offers hands-on experience, exposure to the full project lifecycle, and mentorship from senior engineers.

The pay range for this role is between $30.00 to $38.46 an hour based on experience.

- Design and manage multiple site development projects
- Assist in grading, drainage, and site layout design
- Participate in all phases of projects (planning design permitting execution)
- Conduct field work/site visits for real-world experience
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines/budgets are met
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD
