Demand Planner II

Demand Planner/Scheduler II with a proven track record optimizing end-to-end planning processes, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management. Expert in translating demand signals into executable production plans while aligning capacity, materials, and supply chain operations to ensure on‑time delivery and operational efficiency. Leverages data analytics, SAP systems, and S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy, mitigate risk, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Recognized for strong cross‑functional leadership and data‑driven decision-making, driving continuous improvements in planning accuracy, responsiveness, and business outcomes. Serves as a key liaison across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Quality, coordinating execution, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless operations at the Richardson, TX site. Responsibilities Develop/re‑engineer IMS, integrating master and supplemental schedules. Support building key planning artifacts (IMS, staffing, compliance, capital plans). Assist in aligning requirements with technical, cost, schedule, and mitigated risks. Support continuous improvement efforts across the integrated supply chain. Analyze data and collaborate with BD/Ops to drive accurate demand forecasts. Maintain SAP forecasting models; translate demand into executable schedules. Coordinate with manufacturing and procurement to ensure capacity and material readiness. Manage inventory, shortages, and schedule adjustments to meet production goals. Deliver KPIs/dashboards and support S&OP, digitalization, and cross‑functional alignment. Provide insights and recommendations to improve planning efficiency and responsiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Three (3) years’ experience in Project or Program Management. Two (2) + years’ experience in manufacturing or in a high‑tech electronics industry. Two (2) + years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel. This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export law. To be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). We Value Five (5) + years’ experience in manufacturing or in a high‑tech industry; RF experience preferred. Five (5) + years in utilization/expertise in ERP/Planning systems integration/support. Experience with managing contracts from US Government agencies, such as DLA, and major DoD prime contractors. • Able to interface with internal stakeholders, and all functional departments.
