Customer Service Representative

Position Summary Responsible for administering customer service accounts of medium complexity, along with some high complexity mix in order to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. There is extensive internal and external customer communication in this role. Responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities Customer Service Representative, experienced position. Various duties include, order entry, order management, scheduling, price inquires, professional phone & email communication, specification coordination, expediting, demand forecasting, customer service escalation, problem solving, project management, and other tasks as assigned by the Division Customer Service Manager. After an initial training period, the job will include contact with internal and external customers via phone, fax and email. Qualifications Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills; self-motivated behavior and the ability to work in a team environment. High school diploma is required.
