Job Title : Precast Production Technician Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania Type : Contract To Hire Schedule: M-F Day, must be flexible

Overview Industrial Manufacturing Company is seeking a Technician to support in quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and final product.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on concrete materials, including sampling, testing, and inspection to ensure compliance with standards
• Prepare and mold concrete test cylinders according to applicable standards
• Transport, log, and track concrete samples in the laboratory environment
• Observe and document production activities, ensuring adherence to specifications
• Prepare daily reports and testing summaries
• Communicate test results and quality issues to production teams
• Maintain testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and use
• Support in maintaining overall quality standards throughout production processes
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of precast panels for compliance with project specifications and company standards
• Perform backside and face inspections, identifying defects and coordinating corrective actions
• Inspect surface finishes, embedded hardware, and panels prior to shipment for quality assurance
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and placement according to specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in construction materials testing preferred
• ACI certification(s) a plus (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to work in an environment with dust, noise, and temperature changes
