Entry Level Sales Representative

DMC Atlanta is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to connect with customers and business decision-makers in face-to-face retail and B2B settings. Representatives learn about each customers needs, explain available products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions.

No previous sales experience is required. DMC provides paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for high performers to take on training and leadership responsibilities.

What you will do

• Engage with customers and prospective business clients in person.
  
• Ask questions to understand each customers needs and priorities.
  
• Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly.
  
• Recommend solutions that fit the customers needs.
  
• Build professional relationships and provide a helpful customer experience.
  
• Complete required customer and sales documentation accurately.
  
• Maintain current product and service knowledge.
  
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
  
• Participate in daily sales, communication, and professional-development training.
  

Compensation, schedule, and benefits

• Good-faith annual earnings range of $41,000-$52,000. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance.
  
• Competitive base compensation plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.
  
• Weekly pay and paid training.
  
• Wellness reimbursement of $25 after eight monthly workouts or $50 after sixteen monthly workouts.
  
• Full-time, flexible schedule that includes weekend availability.
  

What we are looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A reliable, positive, and coachable approach.
  
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends.
  
• Comfort speaking with both individual customers and business decision-makers.
  
• Motivation to learn product and service details and work toward measurable goals.
  
• Experience in retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, B2B outreach, or sales is helpful but not required.
  
• A bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
  

Training and career growth

New representatives receive paid, hands-on training in sales, customer communication, product knowledge, and professional development. Team members who perform consistently may take on additional training, coaching, and leadership responsibilities based on contribution rather than seniority.
