Role Description The Social Media Coordinator internship is an on-site role based in Frederick, MD. This position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day social media content creation, including planning, drafting, and posting content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. The intern will help monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support basic community management. Additional tasks may include capturing photo and video content, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and sharing ideas that align with the brand’s simple, authentic lifestyle. This is a hands-on internship role that provides practical experience in social media and digital branding.
Qualifications

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, on-brand messages and interact with the online community.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Digital Marketing to assist with basic campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for visual storytelling, including basic photo and video capabilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Frederick, MD, collaborating with a small team, and managing multiple tasks with guidance.
- Familiarity with major social platforms, current trends, and lifestyle or apparel brands is beneficial; prior internship or project experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
